About

Dan Caropreso

born and raised in New York City, has always had a passion for writing and creativity. As an owner of a boutique web development and marketing agency, he gets to help implement ideas to help businesses grow and stand out in the crowd in a vast array of unique and new ways. Dan believes writing books is an amazing way to leave something special behind to his daughters and ultimately to all children. When his creative juices are on pause, he enjoys trying to spend time with his family, enjoying the blessing each moment has to offer.

Kristen Caropreso

having a background as both a teacher and a mother of two girls, has provided a great backdrop to pursue her love for books. She has taught a variety of ages in the NYC
Department of Education and her background includes a dual masters in Early Childhood, General and Special Education, Early Intervention Strategies to improve developmental delays, and participating in multiple literacy workshops at Columbia University. When Kristen is not raising the family, she not only writes but markets books and helps parents find those best fit to help kids excel in literacy.

Laura Mastrangelo

born and raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York, grew up with creatives as neighbors. Living in such an historical neighborhood, with magnificent architecture and monuments, Laura would often take long walks, nurturing her artistic spirit at the local museum, gardens, park, and library. With inspiration everywhere, not to mention her weekly fix of Saturday morning cartoons and her dad’s early Sunday morning newspaper delivery of the “big” comics, Laura picked up a pencil at a very early age and never put it away. After decades of “always creating something,” focusing on Brand Strategy, Design & Product Development, Laura’s first love of drawing and illustration remains her true joy. Grateful to still be blessed as a “pencil to paper” artist, you will always find Laura’s childhood in her work.
